Work on MHL Eylisia has moved from paper to the ground. Piling started on site in October 2026, the first stage of building the foundation for the G+7 residence in Sector 09, Purbachal.
MHL Eylisia stands on a 3 katha south-facing corner plot on a 30-foot road. It has just seven homes, one on each floor, so every family gets a full floor to itself. Each home is 2,850 sft, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 verandas, and the building has 6 car parks and a pool on the roof.
What happens next
With land and design complete, piling is the stage now under way. Once the foundation is done, work moves on to the structure, then finishing, and finally handover.
Building in Purbachal
Purbachal is where much of Malum Group's work is focused, alongside Purbachal Malum City and Purbachal MediLife Specialized Hospital. MHL Eylisia brings a small, private building to the new town.
